Gjerne også oversikt over dyrkbar mark. –Forslag til avbøtende tiltak der store landbruksarealer går tapt, samt begrunnelse/avveining for hvorfor kommunen velger å ta jordarealer

Atkomstvei ikke over dyrka mark Hva slags bebyggelse det er snakk om (hytte, bolig, næring utenom stedbunden næring etc)

Lag tabell for LNFR-spredt –Vi anbefaler hvert område i plankartet markeres og nummereres tydelig slik at det er mulig å kjenne igjen hva slags spredt bebyggelse som er tillatt og hvilke bestemmelser som hører til hvilke områder. –Det kan for eksempel lages tabell som lister opp alle områdene for spredt utbygging (evt. en tabell for hver formålsgruppe). –Generelle bestemmelser om lokalisering kan knyttes til alle områder for spredt bebyggelse, eller evt. ulike bestemmelser for de ulike byggeformålene.
