Virksomhets-styring Today is all about taking a walk on the dark side. We know that companies have Corporate Responsibility, we know that they have Corporate Governance and there is a lot of legislation to make it work. But does it work? Not sure, we spend too little time focusing on the dark side of the coin, on the things that can go wrong, like fraud, corruption, unethical business behaviours and all the things that can cost the company a lot of money.
