Pre-approval of courses – Courses at Master level – Minor – equal to 30 ECTS credits (30 studiepoeng at NHH) – Courses within NHHs subject area. Language courses will not be approved as part of the minor – Application with necessary documentation to the international office – Pre-approval of courses before you start your studies abroad - CEMS students
Final course approval – Pre-approval of courses – Transcript confirming that the exams are passed – Registered by the International Relations Office as soon as we have received the student report! We inform the Office for Student and Academic Affairs. – The transcript is sent to you together with a Course Exemptions letter
Scholarship and Loan – Scholarship Erasmus/Sokrates/Nordplus Ruhrgas Scholarship (can not be combined with Erasmus Scholarship) – Lånekassen (State Education Loan Fund) Relevant for Norwegian students and Quota students Full courseload (30 ECTS credits or equivalent) Statement in your envelope to be enclosed with your loan application Documentation of exact academic calendar
Scholarship and Loan Language Scholarship from the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund Requirement: must take courses equal to 30 ECTS credits The language course has to be completed before the regular semester starts Min 4 weeks, min 15 hours pr week – Tuition fee – May be covered partly as loan and partly as scholarship if you are entitled to support form the State Education Loan Fund
Student report – The report should be sent to within 3 weeks after you have completed the exchange – Reports will be published on NHH´s web-pages. – You are welcome to write the report together with other students

Stipend og Lån (Lånekassen) Lånekassen Gir støtte til utenlandsopphold, men andre regler enn for studier hjemme – Forutsatt at du tar full belastning ute får du støtte fra Lånekassen som andre utenlandsstudenter – Noen læresteder tar skolepenger. Dette kan du delvis få dekket av Lånekassen – Språkstipend Krav om full semesterbelastning (30 studiepoeng) Krav om å dokumentere eksakt tid (fra – til) man er ute – får støtte for de månedene man er ute etter utenlandssatser Bekreftelse legges ved den vanlige søknaden til Lånekassen (viktig!)
Stipend og Lån (Lånekassen) basisstøtte (8 500 NOK i stipend og lån per måned) reisetillegg til en reise tur-retur fra Norge til studiestedet ved opphold på under seks måneder. Reisetillegget blir gitt som 70 prosent stipend og 30 prosent lån skolepengestøtte (opptil NOK per semester til utdanning utenfor Norden). Skolepengestøtten er stipend og lån til hel eller delvis dekning av skolepenger/kursavgift. De første kronene gis med 70 prosent som stipend og 30 prosent som lån. Støtte utover dette gis som lån, opptil en grense på maksimalt NOK per semester språkstipend ( NOK). Kurs tatt i utlandet, må vare minimum 4 uker, minimum 15 timer per uke, avsluttet før offisiell sem.start ved vertsuniversitet, krav om fulltidsstudium på utveksling, ikke undervisning på engelsk (i sin helhet) – NB: Støtten frå Lånekassen blir ikke valutajustert!
