2 Rotary eLearning Center- Community Service 1. Vennskap  I en stadig mer utfordrende verden bidrar Rotary til oppfylling av et av våre mest grunnleggende behov - vennskap og samhørighet. Det er en av to grunner til at Rotary ble stiftet i 1905.

3 Rotary eLearning Center- Community Service 2. Forretningsinteresser Den andre opprinnelige grunn for starten på Rotary var forretningsutvikling. Alle trenger et nettverk, og Rotary består av et gjennomsnitt av virksomhetene i området. Medlemmene kommer fra forskjellig ståsted. Rotarianere hjelper hverandre, og sammen hjelper de andre.

5 Rotary eLearning Center- Community Service District Structure The district Community Service chair coordinates and promotes club community service projects within the district. The chair: – works with clubs; – encourages district-wide participation; – shares information and ideas with Rotarians in the district.
