3 Aims for the ALLIN-workshop
During the workshop, we will answer the following questions: What can we do to include all, regardless of financial resources? The ALLINN-workshop’s goals are: Become more aware of how our activities can become more inclusive. Agree on concrete actions to include all! ALLEMED

4 What is ALLIN (ALLEMED)?
ALLIN (ALLEMED) is a tool developed to make it easier to include all children and young people in recreational activities, regardless of the financial situation of their families. The ALLIN-tool is used to create discussion and identifying ations that makes it easier to include all children. ALLIN (ALLEMED) has been developed by Nasjonal dugnad mot fattigdom og utenforskap blant barn og unge, NDFU (National Effort to Reduce Poverty and Exclusion among children and young people). NDFU is a broad, joint initiativ by Norwegian NGOs, academic communities and associations. ALLEMED

6 What are we doing well? Discuss in pair or groups – base the conversation on the following questions: What do we do today in order to include children in our activities, regardless of their family’s financial situation? Can we identify a specific incident involving a child who faced exclusion that we managed to include after all? How did we do it? - Dersom det er personer fra forskjellige organisasjoner, er det helt fint. La dem snakke sammen i par eller grupper om sine respektive organisasjoner. - Minn gjerne på målene for dugnad: Hver enkelt blir mer bevisst på hva som skal til for at vår aktivitet blir enda mer inkluderende Hver enkelt av oss bestemmer seg for minst én konkret ting vi kan gjøre framover for å få alle med! 7 What are we doing well? We’re sharing
Together: Make a summary of the successes you have identified. Include specific stories, if possible. Thake notes on the back of the blue card «What are we doing well?» ALLEMED

8 What could we do better? In groups of 2-5 people:
Use the orange cards – each group selects a topic, based on how they think the organisation can be better at including children and young people (3-4 min). Discuss the questions on the selected cards – write down concrete suggestions (approx. 5 min). - Dersom det er personer fra forskjellige organisasjoner, er det helt fint. Together: Each group shares its best idea for a concrete action to include all. ALLEMED

Based on the suggestions you identified, agree on 1- 3 concrete actions you can do to include ALL. Write the suggestions on the back of the blue card: «Our first steps». – Choose actions that are important and realistically doable. - Dersom det er personer fra forskjellige organisasjoner, er det helt fint. 11 Who is responsible? Together – Agree on how each action will be implemented: Who is responsible for following up implementation? Shall everybody do something, or will the responsiblity be with specific people in the organisation? Each participant takes notes or photographs agreed actions. The chair of the meeting writes minutes and ensures that the planned measures are anchored in the organisation. - Dersom det er personer fra forskjellige organisasjoner, er det helt fint.
