Bidra til at kommunene gir best mulig rapportering gjennom KOSTRA. Bruke KOSTRA-tallene i dialogen om areal- og ressursbruken i kommunene 2

Kommunen er nå landbruksmyndighet og har ansvaret for rammebetingelsene for landbruket i egen kommune Både landbruksnæringa og den kommunale landbruksforvaltningen er under press: Bruk i drift: 1994: 3978 2009: 2554 reduksjon: 36,0% Årsverk i kommunal landbruksforvaltning: 1994: 137,6 2009: 72,6 reduksjon: 47,2% LMD følger utviklingen nøye og FM rapporterer løpende til LMD om utviklingen i kommunenes ressursbruk på landbruksområdet 5
