4 Deep Energy – New Reel lay vessel (Technip)
The Deep Energy is one of the largest pipelay vessels ever built, with a high transit speed of 19.5 knots.  Specifically designed to operate on Atlantic basin and intercontinental projects, she will have the capability to handle rigid pipe up to 18”, flexible pipe and umbilicals.  She will also incorporate an efficient PLET handling system. 

5 Marathon Bøyla Project – Overview (Technip)
Technip was awarded by Marathon Oil Norge AS an engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning contract, worth above €300 million, for the Bøyla field development in the North Sea, located about 225 kilometers West of Stavanger, Norway, at a water depth of 120 meters. The contract includes all activities necessary to complete the construction of the subsea system for the Bøyla field development and connect it to the existing Alvheim subsea facilities, located 28 kilometers away. The contract covers: fabrication and reeled installation of a pipe-in-pipe production flowline(1), a plastic lined water injection flowline and a gas lift flowline, fabrication and installation of rigid spools(2), manufacturing and installation of flexible jumpers(3) and umbilicals(4), tie-in by divers, trenching, rockdumping, and ready for operation activities.

15 Gods fra land til sjø MF er vertskapsorganisasjon for Shortsea Promotion Centre (SPC). MF leder styringsgruppen. MF koordinerer arbeidet i Sjøtransportalliansen Bidratt ift. Nærskipsfartsstrategien Egne møter med Samferdselsministeren om NTP og Nærskipsfartsstrategien. Skal også ha møte med Næringsministeren om ny Skipsfartsstrategi Maritimt Forum er vertskapsorganisasjon for Shortsea Promotion Centre (SPC) og daglig leder i MF leder også styringsgruppen i SPC. En ny avtaleperiode ble inngått i 2013 med NHD Avtalen omfattet etablering av en styringsgruppe. Denne ble etablert og består i dag av Norsk Havneforening, KS Havn, NHO Transport og logistikk, Fraktefartøyenes Rederiforening og Norges Rederiforbund. Det ble avholdt fire møter i styringsgruppen i 2013. Maritimt Forum koordinerer også arbeidet i Sjøtransportalliansen, som består av ni organisasjoner. Gjennom Sjøtransportalliansen er det enighet om en rekke tiltak for å få til å flytte mer gods over fra land til sjø. MF var medarrangør for seminaret Godsfergen. MF var medarrangør for seminaret Godsfergen. Nærskipsstrategi . I tillegg kommer kronikker og utspill mot media. MF hadde egne møter med Samferdselsministeren og Fiskeri- og Kystministeren om NTP og Nærskipsfartsstrategien.
