Via spillerne og deres trenere å spre denne tankegangen ut i klubbene. Dette skal lede til at utøverne utvikler et sterkt eierskap til sin egen helhetlige utvikling og som trener på en tidsriktig måte for å nå sine mål. Dette med en indre driv og pasjon for golfidretten.

6 SUMMARY We had two fantastic days at Losby GolfKlubb and Losby Gods Hotel. The program was implemented and the sports plan was the guide. The players are more aware of the plan and what it entails to develop themselves as whole golfers and not just a technical one. My message to the players was very clear and simple and i shared lots of my experience on how to improve as a golffer. The players focus levels was fantastic throughout the days and focused on task when they were presented. The hotel as ever is the best and the food was also brilliant. Thank you to Losby Gods for allowing me to use all of the facilities. The practice facilities and 9 hole course are the best in Norway and it was great to be able to show the players around and how we have used our facility to develop some of the very best. Mental Henrik from Raw Performance delivered the mental training session. It was a three hour samling, during which, the players got to learn some basic techniques and try them out in action on the putting green. I also got the players to stand up on arrival and give a small introduction into themselves for everyone.

7 Physical Marius Bjone came in and deliver a samling on Nutrition which was good. The players learnt about different types of food and what is the best to eat during performance and training. Marius also delivered to the players eight exercises to better golf. Again a great tool for the players to have is dynamic exercises to warm up with before play. The exercises are great and really gets the body ready to play. He also took the players through 60m sprint, balanse ball, trowing and the press ups. Great job Marius! Golf I focused alot on explaining to the players that they have to learn to play GOLF BETTER on the golf course and not the driving range. During the 2 days we played 27 holes of gold with tasks to do on the course. I made scorecards for each game so every player was ebgaged in a task. They played miss the green, up and downs – stats cards and then they played stroke play learning to get a score from the very front of the ladies tees. My message was that they should improve on the range/short game at their home club, then to the course and then in to the tournaments. If part of the game is off at the tournament come back to the home club and work on the aspect that was off and then see if its improved on the course. I also did 50m wedge shot, High and Low, 10m bunker shot, Longest drive and 9 up and downs.

8 This samling really gave me the chance to look at the players and where they are at with their golf games. It gives me a chance to plan for the next samling with all ndividuals in mind. I observed lots of positives BUT also i can really help these players improve. On the next samling i plan to show them how to practice with clear focus, so they chance happens and also again how to play and practice more golf on the course. I spoke alot as a group and individually to players about personal goals and gave small tips and advice on the importance of What you write down on paper and what you have to do daily to achieve the results. Really enjoyed delivering the samling!!!
